We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2025 during ceremonies in the UPEI Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre over four days in May:

• May 13, 2025—Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Faculty of Nursing
• May 14, 2025—McDougall Faculty of Business and Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering
• May 15, 2025—Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Education
• May 16, 2025—Faculty of Science

Each ceremony will take place at 10:00 am.

Academic Procession at Convocation Ceremonies 

Faculty will assemble with graduates in the concourse of the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering building. At 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, the Academic Procession will begin to move from the assembly point to the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre. Faculty members who have regalia and wish to participate in the Academic Procession are asked to line up with the graduates in the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering building concourse 45 minutes before each ceremony.  

Gown and Hood Rental 

For those faculty members who would like to order regalia online through UPEI’s official gown supplier, GradCo, they are encouraged to do so ASAP.

The deadline for ordering is Wednesday, April 23, at 11:59 pm.  

Any faculty members who wish to purchase their regalia may contact GradCo at  info@gradco.ca  for information. 

Gown and Hood Pickup 

Gown and hood pickup dates and times for faculty will be posted closer to Convocation.

Gown and Hood Returns

Faculty are asked to return their gowns and hoods after their Convocation ceremony.
