Each graduate is permitted to bring four (4) guests to a Convocation event. Guest invitations will be distributed to graduates when picking up their gown and hood.

There will be a limited number of additional tickets available for each ceremony on a first-come, first-served basis.

Graduates may pick up their invitations at the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering Building, Room 128B (FSDE 128B) at the following times:

• Monday, May 12, 11:00 am-6:00 pm
• Tuesday, May 13, 8:00 am-3:00 pm
• Wednesday, May 14, 8:00 am-3:00 pm
• Thursday, May 15, 8:00 am-3:00 pm
• Friday, May, 16, 8:00 am-3:00 pm
