If you love animals, be sure to attend AVC’s Open House on Saturday, September 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Learn about different dog breeds during our Parade of Dog Breeds; meet Matilda the Fistulated Cow; bring in your teddy bear for a check-up at our Teddy Bear Clinic; have fun learning how to prep for surgery! There will also be face painting, balloons, demonstrations, exhibits, a mini-zoo and more! Admission is free for this family event.

Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup
Please come and join us in cleaning our coastline - and enjoy a day at the beach at the same time. Organized by the AVC Aquatics and Marine Wildlife Club, the clean up will take place at Brackley Beach (first entrance) in the National Park.
